A founding member of the TEA Party movement in Delaware and President of Founders Values, he’s been involved in civic conversations that challenge the status quo, from grassroots leadership to campaign work at local, state, and federal levels. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran (2000–2004) with combat-zone service, Evan’s military background instilled resilience, focus, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Professionally, he has over 25 years in Product Management and IT across multiple industries, bringing strategic depth to every conversation. A GenX/Millennial “border kid,” Evan’s global travels, personal highs and lows, and role as a father of three shape his grounded worldview.
